A seat is a named person whose AI assistant is allowed to reach your systems through Artificl. Billed annually. Two-year terms take 10% off, three-year 15%. SSO, SCIM and audit export are never gated to a higher tier — they are the product. Example: 100 seats on Business is $29,400 a year; 1,000 seats on Enterprise starts at $138,000.

Implementation is sold on an order form alongside the subscription and typically lands at 15–25% of first-year fees. Work is led by the founder; roll-outs larger than one person can deliver are staffed with contract engineers under Artificl's direction, and you're told that up front.

What's the difference between Pro and Company?
Pro is for one person tracking their own paperwork — a single owner-operator, an office manager keeping a personal list. Company is for a business: your whole team with no per-seat fees, automated renewal requests sent under your company's name, and the founder importing your data and connecting your AI for you.
Do I pay per user or per seat?
No. Company and Multi-crew plans include everyone at your business. Add your office manager, your dispatcher and your bookkeeper at no extra cost.
What does "per app" mean?
Each Artificl app is its own product with its own board. A contractor using SubProof for subcontractor insurance and LiftLog for forklift certs has two subscriptions. Most customers use one.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with 14 free days. When the trial ends the plan renews monthly or annually until you cancel. If a renewal ever catches you by surprise, email us and we'll refund it.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any renewal. Annual is billed once for the year and works out to two months free compared with monthly.
We're a large organization. How does per-seat work?
A seat is a named person whose assistant is allowed to reach your systems through Artificl. You pay a platform fee plus a per-seat rate that drops with volume (25–99, 100–499, 500+), billed annually. Is there a discount for several locations?
That's the Multi-crew plan: separate boards per crew, yard or location with a roll-up view, priced from $99 a month depending on how many. Email us with a rough count.
