Do I need an AI subscription to use this?
No. Every app is a normal web app. Connecting an assistant is optional — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot — and the desktop assistant can run a local model with no subscription at all.
Can the AI change or delete my records?
Not unless you say so. Connections start read-only: look up, summarize, report, export. Writes are a per-company setting, off by default, and every action is logged.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
In Google Cloud in the United States, separated per company, accessed only to run the service or when the law requires. Never sold, never used to train models. Details on the security page.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel any time, no penalty. Export everything before or after; ask and your data is deleted within 30 days, apart from what the law makes us keep.
Is this HIPAA compliant? Can I store patient information?
No. CredCycle and DEAWatch track provider credentials, not patient records. Don't upload protected health information; we don't sign business associate agreements.
How does onboarding actually work?
Email us whatever you use today. We create your company, import it, check it with you and connect your assistant if you want one. Most accounts work the same day.
Is this compliance or legal advice?
No. These are recordkeeping tools that show what's expiring. Which documents you must keep, and for how long, is your call and your regulator's.
What if I'm not in one of the seven trades?
